Refunds

Overwiew We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it -unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items That Cannot Be Returned Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain items: -Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), -Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) -Personal care items (such as beauty products) -Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions, including how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If you live outside the U.S. shipping times may vary. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds (Store Credit Only)
Please note that we do not offer cash or card refunds. Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of your item. This credit can be used only in our online store and does not expire. Store credit will be delivered via email with instructions on how to used it.
